From Hiddenite, North Carolina, say hello to Solomon Shumaker. Solomon has spent most of his life in the greater Statesville area and as a longtime local resident, has strong connections to the community and a deep understanding of the region.

His professional background includes sales and management with Verizon Wireless, as well as years of experience with Parks Deter Property Management. In fact, Solomon's journey with Parks Deter began when he was just 15 years old, working on the make-ready team before advancing into other roles over the years.

Solomon is a licensed Realtor® and holds an associate’s degree in communications. His combination of industry experience, customer service expertise, and knowledge of local markets allows him to serve clients with professionalism and care.

When he's not working, Solomon enjoys staying active at the gym, tackling yard projects, biking, and kayaking. A fun fact about him is that he has traveled all the way to Beijing, China, giving him the opportunity to experience a completely different culture and part of the world. Welcome to the team!
